Service Specialist Technician - I | Elizabethtown, KY

 The Service Specialist Technician – I, will perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair, along with some fabrication and welding on Vermeer equipment and other similar manufacturers. Work may be performed in one of our shop locations or in the field at customer facilities or job-sites. The Service Specialist Technician – I, can work as a generalist or specialize in specific product lines. works Safely and efficiently using a wide variety of tools and instruments along with extensive knowledge of, and/or experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical principles necessary. Diagnosis and Repair:

    Parts Specialist | Elizabethtown, KY

    The Parts Specialist will perform a variety of customer service and marketing duties related to parts sales, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the parts department. They will assist customers by properly identifying needed items, using electronic parts catalogs and other available resources. They will merchandise, invoice and make any necessary entries to the inventory control system based on company guidelines.

    Customer Service:

      The Service Manager is accountable for the lifecycle experience related to all service, warranty and telematics.       • Coordinate with Field Service Supervisor and customer to schedule and complete the work that is due.
